The main nutrients of almond oil are vitamin A, B1, B2, B6, E, protein and fatty acid; almond oil has up to 65% of Ω9. It is an excellent edible oil for cardiovascular maintenance. In addition, it is also rich in vitamin E, which may resist anti-aging. It may fight against cancerous due to the presence of amygdalin and inorganic salts, protein, dietary fiber and various trace of elements

Almond oil may stimulate the pituitary gland, thymus and adrenal gland, promote cell renewal and has good anti-oxidation and anti-aging effects. Due to its rich minerals, protein and various vitamins, almond oil is an excellent plant-based oil for skin care and moisturization. It is suitable for all skin types and may effectively reduce swelling and itching, improve dry skin and inflammation and is therefore widely used in cosmetics. It can be directly applied onto skin to eliminate facial fine lines, crow's feet lines and stretch marks.  In addition, almond oil is soft, lubricious, mild, refreshing and non-greasy. It is suitable base oil for essential oils, which can be easily blended and is therefore most widely used.

  • Usage

    1. Direct consumption
    2. Cooking, fried rice, the taste is very fragrant, the smoke point is about 160°C, suitable for medium temperature cooking.
    3. Cold salad with cucumber, lettuce, and other fruits or vegetables.
    4. Salad dressing
    5. Add to soup or hot drinks such as milk, soya or coffee.
    6. Add to cold yogurt, honey, juice, etc.
    7. Directly with bread or steamed bun.

    • Keep airtight in a cool place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Best kept refrigerated upon receiving and opening.

    1. 直接生飲 
    2. 炒菜、炒飯味道很香,發菸點約160℃,適合中溫烹調 
    3. 涼拌黃瓜、生菜等蔬果

    5. 加熱湯或熱飲比如加入熱牛奶、熱豆漿、熱咖啡 
    6. 冷調優酪乳、蜂蜜、果汁等 
    7. 直接沾食麵包、饅頭
    • 保存密封在阴凉处,避免阳光直射。最佳冷藏保存。
