Versatile and Tasty….Sunflower oil
Sunflower oil contains phytosterols, vitamins, linoleic acid and other substances beneficial for the human body, of which Vitamin E is the highest of all plant-based oil. Sunflower oil is light and transparent, fragrant, neutral taste, digestibility by the human body up to 96.5%. Rich in Omega-9, high proportion of Omega-6 and can be used with flaxseed, perilla or sacha inchi oil for the balance. Most of the commercially available sunflower oil undergone the chemical leaching refining process that cause damage to it nutrients. The use of oil press not only retain the nutrients and the oil rate is also high.

Usage
The smoke point of sunflower oil is as high as 232℃, very suitable as a healthy cooking oil whether is sautéing, deep-frying, stir-frying or baking.
