Sacha-Inchi (Inca fruit) oil is considered as the world's best plant-based oils, used in the areas of natural health and cosmetic products. Usage
A smoke point of below 100℃, not suitable for cooking.
- Consume direct 5ml, twice/day. Freshly pressed oil has a bitter taste, need up-to 7 days for residue to settle.
- Toss into salad mixed with fruits and vegetables
- Dip with bread or toast
- Mixed with fruits e.g. apples, oranges, bananas; to increase the absorption of nutrients and better flavour
- Add to hot or cold beverages e.g. coffee, milk, cereal, juice, milk
- As a salad dressing or vinaigrette. To promote the fat-soluble vitamins dissolve A, D, E, K in fruits and vegetables
- Apply directly as a routine skin care oil
- Keep airtight in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Best kept refrigerated upon receiving

发烟点低于100℃,不适合煎炒煮炸,可以下列方式食用:
- 直接喝,但刚冷压出来的印加果油有浓厚的涩味,必须静置沉淀7天左右才好入口,一天二次,每次可喝5cc左右
- 佐拌蔬果沙拉
- 沾吐司或法国面包
- 拌苹果、橘子、香蕉。。等水果,增加营养吸收和风味
- 加在咖啡、牛奶、麦片粥、果汁、豆浆。。等热饮或饮料中
- 做成沙拉酱、油醋酱,可促进蔬果中脂溶性维他命A、D、E、K的溶解吸收
- 直接擦皮肤,当皮肤保养油
- 保存密封在阴凉处,避免阳光直射。最佳冷藏保存。
